Susan Sterling is a Deloitte Managing Director that leads the Global Salesforce Assets & Solutions Group. She manages operations across the US, Europe, Australia, and Canada. Susan has held various global leadership roles and specializes in package implementations and quality assurance programs.
As Deloitte Consulting's Global Salesforce ASG Leader, Susan is responsible for delivering assets and app-enabled services that are an extension of the Salesforce platform across key industry sectors and functional areas. In this role, she oversees all aspects of ASG across all geographies. In addition to this role, she oversees Social Venture activity across the Salesforce Alliance.
Previously, Susan held several global leadership positions including managing Global Consulting Transformation & Engagement and served as the chief of staff to both the US Consulting chairman and CEO and the Global Consulting business leader. Prior to her chief of staff roles, Susan built and led the firm’s Account Management Program. She has been with the firm for more than 26 years and joined as part of the Technology practice serving clients primarily in the Life Sciences & Health Care and Public Sector industries.
