Simona Spelman

Simona is the US Human Capital Practice Leader, where she leads our practice to help make work better for humans, and humans better at work. She leads ~6,000 practitioners to help our clients courageously navigate through disruption related to the work, workforce, and workplace.

Prior to this role, she served as both the US and Global Human Capital as a Service Leader, focused on building our hybrid/tech-enabled businesses, furthering our ecosystem & alliance partners, building our sensing and analytics businesses, and helping shape the future of our Human Capital practice. Simona has also previously led Service Delivery Optimization, including IT Transformations, Shared Service Delivery, and Program Management Office work, and continues to stay engaged in the market.
