Sigurd Jensen

Sigurd Jensen is the Global Corporate Finance Leader and a Financial Advisory Partner with Deloitte Denmark. In addition to his global role, he also leads Deloitte Denmark’s Financial Advisory practice, based out of Copenhagen. He has over 20 years of management consulting and corporate finance advisory experience, and has worked on both, sell side and buy side advisory, for leading corporates and private equity firms. Sigurd’s expertise lies in the areas of buying and selling companies, listings and delistings, valuations, and due diligence across various industries including financial services, real estate, technology, energy and renewables, fast moving consumer goods and industrials.
