With over 20 years’ experience, Paul specialises in providing strategic IP advice to technology business as well as the protection and enforcement of IP rights and other digital assets. He has acted in a number of substantial intellectual property and technology disputes including UK and cross-border patent, trademark and copyright litigation, mediation and complex arbitration.

He also advises on dispute resolution of digital asset theft, software licensing and IT contractual disputes, helping businesses to find negotiated resolutions.

Paul is a co-founder of Dupe Killer, a proprietary AI tool which helps businesses find copies of their designs.
