Neil’s experience includes advice on cross border acquisition and structuring, post acquisition implementation, tax planning, consolidation of Australian operations for tax and broader business model and supply chain optimisation.
As a lawyer, Neil also provides legal advice on tax related matters to clients and provides legal agreements covering various aspects of structuring including IP license agreements, services agreements, share and business transfer agreements and tax sharing and funding agreements.
