Michelle specialises in designing international mobility strategies, programs and policies aligned to clients’ business objectives, with a focus on employee experience. One of Michelle’s key roles is serving as an Experience Architect for mobility programs to set up employee-centric processes, including: communications, technology, vendor collaboration and a continuous feedback loop to enhance both the client and the mobile employee experience.
Michelle has 17 years’ experience in professional services. Prior to her current role in Global Employer Services, she worked in various global corporate strategy roles and in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.
