Lars Essers is Co-Lead for the Sustainability & Climate offering of Deloitte's Risk Advisory business. He has more than 14 years of experience advising companies on the design and implementation of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and corporate sustainability systems. His focus is in particular on sustainability strategies, the integration of sustainability and risk processes in established structures and in coordination with existing strategies. He supports clients in establishing sustainability and risk processes as an integral part of the organization and culture.

In addition, Lars Essers has implemented implementation and change management projects with leading companies in numerous industries worldwide.
