Kelly leads the Infrastructure practice across the Commercial and Government & Public Services (GPS) markets within Deloitte United States. Kelly has more than 30 years of experience leading transformations across a wide variety of commercial and government organizations. She is a strategist and a leader in driving digital technology implementations as well as skilled at facilitating leadership alignment and organization adoption/buy-in across organizations (including union environments) - with an unrelenting focus on speed to value.
Kelly specializes in global supply chain transformations, supply chain innovation, and advanced manufacturing technologies. Kelly has rich experience in complex environments where there is a broad set of stakeholders across functions, geographies, and regulatory constraints.
Kelly has an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Duke University and serves on the Board of Visitors for Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Her industry experience includes working at GE Aviation, Industrial & Power Systems, and Appliances. Kelly is a certified master black belt in Lean/Six Sigma and actively involved in advanced manufacturing technologies and global supply chain. Throughout her career Kelly has been a champion for women in consulting, founding the Supply Chain and Network Operation’s Women’s Initiative (WIN) Group and the Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch.
