He has over 24 years' experience in leading end-to-end shared services and operations transformation engagements across Australia and Asia Pacific across industries (across Financial services, Telco, Software & Platforms, Resources, Retail, Mining, Health & Public Services) from strategy to execution.

In his role, Karthik will partner with clients to reimagine & transform their enterprise & operations capabilities to be future ready. This will involve leveraging the breadth and depth of Deloitte's functional, industry & digital capabilities along with infusing digital, analytics, cyber, AI, sustainability and innovative commercial constructs to deliver exponential value for clients.

He has strong C Suite & senior leadership relationships with major brands in Australia. He has led large and complex transformation programs, worked with leaders to support their transformation journeys end-to-end from strategy, design through to execution and delivered sustainable cost reduction (50%+), capability uplift and experience outcomes.

He is recognised as an expert across the Asia Pacific region around Transformative Operate & Global business services and has presented in events and published thought leadership in these areas.

Karthik is a qualified CA, CMA, CPA, Microsoft Certified Professional, Masters in IT and MBA from AGSM, Sydney & Ivey Business School, Canada
