Justin is Deloitte’s National ServiceNow Financial Services (FS) Alliance Leader. He is focused on helping clients across banking, insurance, capital markets and investment management realize their ambitions in digital transformation and deliver on better business outcomes and experiences for their customers and employees. Justin brings a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that are impacting operations within Canadian FIs– and continuously looks for ways that ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management disciplines can be applied to support our client’s objectives and outcomes.

Justin is also Deloitte’s regional practice leader for Toronto – supporting our clients and talented practitioners as part of a national practice.
