Jonathan is a Partner in the Financial Advisory practice of Deloitte LLP. He advises clients in oil and gas, utilities, renewable energy, natural resources, transportation, and other sectors on capital efficiency, finance transformation, investor relations, organic and inorganic growth strategies, and corporate governance.

Jonathan provides strategy, vision and roadmaps for companies seeking to maximize shareholder value. Specifically, he focuses on optimizing the allocation of capital among an enterprise's business unit, capital project, and/or asset portfolio to unlock value. He has significant depth and experience in the areas of operating models, finance strategy, linking key value drivers to strategy, developing key performance indicators, and quantifying impacts of risk factors. He also has complementary experience in valuation of business enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, and operations excellence.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Jonathan was an Assistant Vice President at GMAC, where he managed a loan portfolio of asset based senior secured loan facilities, underwrote loans on commercial accounts, structured complex debt transactions, and performed financial analysis to estimate creditworthiness. Before that he was as an equity trader for a proprietary trading desk.
