Jennifer L. Larson

Jen is a partner in Deloitte’s Regulatory & Legal practice and the US Leader of Deloitte’s Investigations & Disputes practice. Jen is also the Advisory LBP for Medtronic, a medical technology company located in Minneapolis, MN.

Jen specializes in providing litigation support for clients and their legal counsel related to breach of contract matters, wrongful termination claims, warranty and indemnification claims, securities litigation, lost profits, business interruption and IP litigation. Jen has specific expertise in the life sciences and healthcare industries.

Jen has been engaged as an economic damages expert and an accounting expert, and has testified as an expert witness in federal court (as well as arbitrations). Jen also serves clients as an accounting expert, or a neutral arbitrator in post-closing M&A disputes, including purchase price and earn-out disputes. Jen also specializes in leading complex, global fraud investigations.
