Fernando has more than 27 years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to clients in a wide range of industries in financial reporting (US GAAP and IFRS), auditing (PCAOB and ISA) and Internal Control (SOX-ICFR). He has extensive experience in Capital Markets including public offerings of securities before the SEC and other regulators.
Fernando is the Leader of Argentina's IFRS Center of Excellence and a participant in the IFRS Global Leadership Team (GILT) since 2017. He worked for the offices of Deloitte Boston and Deloitte Madrid and is currently based in Buenos Aires. He participates in different projects abroad assisting Deloitte's offices and clients in Latin America, the United States and Europe.
Fernando is currently Assurance Lead Partner in Spanish Latin America, Global Assurance Quality and Risk Leader, Global Assurance Executive Member and Global Audit & Assurance Risk Executive.
