François Champoux

François is the National Tax Leader for Mergers and Acquisitions, with expertise in cross-border taxation. He has over 25 years of experience advising Canadian and foreign-based multinational firms, investment funds and pension funds on their investments. He has acted as lead tax advisor for many buyers and sellers over the years. He is also regularly involved in providing advice on Canadian and cross-border infrastructure deals for taxable as well as tax-exempt investors.
