Chloe Yates

Chloe is a principal with more than 20 years of experience in global workforce strategy and technology enablement. She is a core member of Deloitte’s Global Employer Services (GES) leadership team and leads the Global Workforce Solutions business. With the largest global mobility consulting and tech enablement practice in the industry, Chloe is at the forefront of emerging issues and sets the pace to future-proof global workforce and talent mobility programs across the entire mobility, talent, and rewards landscape.

She leads global client engagements supporting organizations with the management of their mobile workforce across individual tax compliance, payroll, equity, and managing emerging global workforces, such as business travelers, and remote and contingent workers. Chloe specializes in overall global workforce transformation and digital solutions, where she works with companies to envision and redesign talent mobility strategies as business and talent objectives evolve.
