Battine leads Deloitte’s Disputes practice in Paris. She has been with Deloitte since 2006, including over five years spent in the United Kingdom.
She specializes in the quantification of economic loss and business valuation in the context of International Arbitration, and has experience in both commercial and investor-state arbitrations. Battine has led arbitration assignments conducted under the major arbitration rules (ICC, ICSID, SIAC, etc.) and involving a range of industry sectors, including aerospace and defense, energy and natural resources, telecommunications, services and THL.
Prior to focusing on disputes, she has performed business valuations in a variety of contexts, including mergers & acquisitions, tax structuring, corporate restructuring, disputes, as well as for financial reporting purposes.
Before joining Deloitte, Battine worked in London as a sales trader within Goldman Sachs’ convertible bonds team.
