Ana Santiago Marques

Ana Santiago Marques is the leader of the Tax Operate area at Deloitte Central Europe. As a partner, she also leads the Business Process Solutions area at Deloitte Portugal and Angola.

Her professional experience of more than 25 years covers the reorganization and optimization of accounting processes, business operations and the implementation of internal procedures, in the most diverse industries and sectors - including banking, real estate, insurance and technology -, in more than 47 countries, with teams located in different geographic areas.

She leads the BPO Delivery Center in Angola, capitalizing on local resources and supporting the country's government's human resources strategy aimed at developing and training professionals in Angola.

Responsible for the development of the BPO strategy of efficiency and quality in the provision of services.
