Alain is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Canadian Human Capital (HC). Alain has more than 12 years of professional experience in operational strategy, change management, culture change, operating model, and organization design. Alain has deep experience supporting clients through their transformation journey, addressing the people implications of their transformation, advising and helping them drive buy-in, adoption, and sustainment of new ways of working. Alain is the national lead for Deloitte’s Canadian Human Capital Cloud Centre of Excellence; this group leads Deloitte’s Human Capital Cloud Transformation points of view, new approaches and methods to help organizations enable their cloud workforce (e.g., with the right skills and competencies), instilling Cloud in their DNA and driving Cloud way of working.
