M\u00eame si chaque membre de l\u2019organisation a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer, c\u2019est souvent le service des RH qui oriente la strat\u00e9gie de DEI, enseigne aux employ\u00e9s \u00e0 essayer de voir les choses autrement, et met en \u0153uvre les changements dans toute l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>Les clients de SEB sont des dirigeants des RH des plus grandes entreprises au Canada et ils mettent en \u0153uvre des changements touchant la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9, notamment en ce qui a trait \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00ab\u2009avantages sociaux\u2009\u00bb des employ\u00e9s. Les entreprises ont des besoins diff\u00e9rents, mais, pour nombre d\u2019entre elles, il est important d\u2019offrir un environnement et des exp\u00e9riences qui donnent un sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Notons que la pratique visant \u00e0 recueillir des donn\u00e9es d\u00e9mographiques sur les genres, \u00e0 laquelle on a recours depuis longtemps pour fixer les prix des avantages sociaux et des assurances, devient un domaine d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. Les dirigeants des RH collaborent avec les assureurs pour trouver une approche plus inclusive, qui conviendrait bien \u00e0 leur entreprise et serait financi\u00e8rement durable. Certains instaurent des assurances collectives \u00e0 \u00ab\u2009taux unique\u2009\u00bb, ce qui \u00e9vite aux employ\u00e9s d\u2019avoir \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser leur genre. D\u2019autres permettent aux employ\u00e9s de choisir \u00ab\u2009X\u2009\u00bb comme genre et adoptent une nouvelle table de taux pour le genre X.<\/p><p>Une solution pour tous ne permet pas de r\u00e9gler un enjeu aussi complexe et toujours changeant. Apr\u00e8s avoir adopt\u00e9 une approche, il importe que l\u2019administration des avantages sociaux demeure flexible et que le syst\u00e8me du fournisseur puisse ais\u00e9ment \u00eatre configur\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 prendre en charge toute modification de structure du programme et toute mise \u00e0 jour requise, au cas o\u00f9 il y aurait par la suite un changement d\u2019assureur et que celui-ci ait une approche diff\u00e9rente.<\/p><p>SEB comprend que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019employ\u00e9 continuera \u00e0 \u00e9voluer et entra\u00eenera des changements dans les programmes d\u2019avantages sociaux.
