Joe Ucuzoglu is the Deloitte Global CEO, leading the largest professional services organization in the world. With more than 450,000 professionals and approximately $65 billion in revenue, Deloitte provides audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting, risk advisory, and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies around the world. Joe remains actively engaged with many clients as well as a range of external stakeholders, working to ensure that we are consistently leveraging the full breadth of Deloitte to deliver impactful results for clients and communities. He frequently speaks on a broad range of current issues facing the business community. Joe is a member of the Business Roundtable, the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council, and the Board of the Yale School of Management’s Program on Stakeholder Innovation. He serves as Chair of the Board of Councilors of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Joe received a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Elizabeth Faber is Deloitte’s Global Chief People & Purpose Officer. She is a member of the Deloitte Global Executive Committee and chairs the Global Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Purpose executive teams. In her current role leading Global People & Purpose, she collaborates with member firm and global business leadership, and the Global Executive Committee, to define the global People & Purpose agenda in service to all of our partners and people in our member firms. This agenda includes developing and executing strategies to deliver a distinctive and inclusive Deloitte talent experience across the globe and embedding our Purpose in all we do to drive significant positive environmental and social impact. Elizabeth has been with Deloitte nearly 30 years. She most recently led People & Purpose for the Asia Pacific member firm, as a founding member of the first Asia Pacific Executive Committee. She has been recognized on multiple occasions internally and externally as a strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and for her Human Resources leadership. Elizabeth recently moved from Singapore back to the US with her husband of 30 years, and their two daughters, both born in China. Elizabeth has an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a BS from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kristen is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and leads Sustainability and ESG Services. She also serves as the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited’s Global Audit & Assurance Sustainability and Climate Services Leader and the Integrated Reporting Community of Practice Leader. Kristen brings extensive experience in delivering sustainability risk assessment, governance, strategy alignment, measurement, reporting, and assurance services. Given the growing market emphasis on the importance of ESG standards and frameworks, Kristen serves as a member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Community, she chairs the AICPA Sustainability Advisory and Assurance Task Force and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB)/AICPA Task Force. She previously served on the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) Working Group. Kristen has authored a number of publications around the value of sustainability and ESG disclosure and assurance. She was #23 on the Onalytica top 50 ESG influencers list for 2023 and #10 on the 2020 Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Leaders list. Kristen has more than 27 years of experience with Deloitte, beginning her career in Deloitte’s Audit and Advisory Services, working in Deloitte’s National Office in several capacities, and working with the deputy CEO of Deloitte LLP focused on regulatory and public policy matters. Kristen is a CPA (CT, MO) and CGMA and earned SASB’s Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential. Kristen completed the Berkeley Law Executive Education Certification: ESG: Navigating the Board’s Role and the Diligent Institute Climate Leadership Certification. Kristen is a member of the Financial Women’s Association and lives in Greenwich, CT, with her four-year-old daughter.

Jennifer is Deloitte’s Global Sustainability & Climate practice leader, providing cross-business leadership to make an impact that matters and drive critical changes around some of the most important challenges organizations face today and in the future. She is a member of Deloitte’s senior leadership team and for more than 25 years has held various leadership positions at Deloitte including Deloitte US Chief Talent Officer and Deloitte US Deputy CEO. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) and the Deloitte Foundation. From 2015-2019, Jennifer was Deloitte’s US Chief Transformation Officer—leading Strategy, Innovation, and Technology. Jennifer teamed with Deloitte’s businesses to set the organization’s strategic direction, address strategic issues and opportunities facing the firm, and evaluate changes in the business and competitive environment. Most recently Jennifer was Deloitte Global Chief Commercial Officer for our Salesforce Alliance. Jennifer is passionate about diversity, inclusion and improving the communities in which we serve. She was the founding sponsor of several Deloitte programs that drive positive social impact such as Courageous Principals and the CORE Leadership Program. Jennifer also sits on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco and the Lycée Français of San Francisco. She holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the Columbia School of Business.
